Leasing Manager
My client is a leading real estate developer that is completing a brand new prestigious luxury shopping mall in Qatar. They are currently seeking a Leasing Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of leasing management for the mall.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for all aspects of leasing management for the mall, develop a leasing plan to identify new tenants and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business (or similar) with a minimum of 8 years Leasing management experience, preferably in the GCC region. It is preferred that you have mixed use development experience as well as experience with luxury segment of the market and extensive knowledge of leasing management.
