JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client are seeking a strong legal counsel who will report to the General Counsel of their expanding business. The duties will include Advising the business on relevant legal issues, oversee internal policies, identify and manage risks in business operations and decisions. Draft legal papers, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
To be suitable for this role you will have around 3 to 5 PQE, have experience of working within an international law firm within the fields of banking, projects or corporate additionally it is essential that you have good power/energy generation background.
You will have a very high level of drafting skills in English and you will hold a minimum of a law degree from a reputable university.
