JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing strategic legal direction and ensuring compliance across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Legal Advisory – Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, employment matters, governance, and compliance.
• Contract Negotiation – Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, joint ventures, and supplier contracts.
• Regulatory Compliance – Develop and implement robust compliance programs, ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal requirements.
• Risk Management – Identify legal risks and formulate mitigation strategies to protect business interests.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with senior management, external legal advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless legal operations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of US (New York), England & Wales laws or other neutral legal territories.
• Proven expertise in commercial contracts, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
• Experience in Hospitality & F&B, Retail, or Museum Visitor Experience sectors is a plus.
• Degree in Law (LLB, LLM preferred).
