JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is an international leading legal practice who is looking to hire an extremely professional and polished Legal Personal Assistant to join this friendly team of professionals.
As part of the team you will work alongside a number of fee earners assisting with typing legal documentation, diary management, presentations, general administration, co-ordination of case documentation and research and organising meetings. If interested on taking on additional responsibilities and doing more to broaden your skill set, you can step into some marketing and events for the practice if you wish, therefore this is an opportunity to make the role your own.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have the capacity to function independently and within a team interfacing with clients. You should be detailed orientated, have a minimum of 3 years experience as a PA, ideally within the legal field however this is not essential. You should have strong computer skills, excellent written English and be able to meet deadlines with ease. Fluency in Arabic is preferred however not crucial. Our client is looking for a friendly and bright team player who is a self-motivated individual looking for a stable role in an international company for the long-term.
