JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with one of the world’s largest international Law Firm who is looking to hire a focused and professional Legal Secretary to support the Legal Team in the Qatar Office.
You will support the partners and fee earners with all aspects of secretarial duties. This role is extremely varied including diary and email management, travel arrangements, processing of expenses, document formatting, audio typing and billing.
As an integral part of the team, you will provide high level administrative and client services support. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced environment and will see you working within a diverse team.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years secretarial experience working for another international law firm. It would be advantageous to have regional experience. You must have strong attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced setting.
You must complete tasks with energy and enthusiasm and be extremely organised. You must have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering a professional secretarial service of the highest quality.
