JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a leading organisation in the oil and gas industry and is looking for a Logistics and Administration Coordinator to join their team.
The duties will include:
- Coordinate with local authorities to gather required documentation.
- Manage and streamline the timely delivery of supplies and shipments.
- Organise and track resources to ensure efficient distribution, enhancing operations to minimize costs.
- Oversee the entire purchasing process, from obtaining quotes to final delivery at the site.
- Run errands and ad hoc tasks as necessary

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license with a clean record.
- Must reside Doha and have a good understanding of the area.
Salary:
QAR
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
