Maintenance Manager - Facilities - Qatar

Linum Consult’s client is a major contractor, specialising in high rise and complex build projects. They are urgently seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the engineering, technical and administration team in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring contract compliance
- Implementing the maintenance policy and practices safely
- Following up on PPM and breakdown repairs
- Reporting to upper management and the client
- Liaising with the Planning teams
- Controlling the maintenance budget
- Being the project representative in Client and Company senior management meetings
- Managing the supply chain and warehouse

REQUIREMENTS

- Engineering degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Membership in TEE or member of IFMA or BIFM
- Computer literate, with technical knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
