JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Maintenance Team Leader supports the Supervisor and Engineers in coordinating the overall repair and maintenance operations of one or multiple buildings- residential, commercial or combination of both. This includes proactive preventive maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical equipment and other building systems, including supervision of the maintenance technicians.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements- Have demonstrated good leadership qualities, including organization and planning.
- Strong technical background of all building systems and can recognize electrical, plumbing, ventilation and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
- Be able to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints and CAD (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge on health & safety practices and regulations is a plus.
