JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Male Moroccan CDP up to 3.5K QR++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Qatar
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty
• Manage and train DCDPs or Commis working with you
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to MOROCCAN nationals
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Diploma Holder on any related course
• At least 1 year of culinary experience in the same role, preferably in a casual dining restaurant
• Strong background in International Cuisine is plus
• Good English communication skills
• Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized (max 1-month)
• Work Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary is up to 3,500 QR full packages depending on qualifications and experience accommodation, transportation, duty meals and service charge
