Mall Manager
My client is a leading real estate developer that is completing a brand new prestigious luxury shopping mall in Qatar. They are currently seeking a Mall Manager to take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of mall management.
The successful candidate will be overseeing all aspects of mall management, including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management and control of all maintenance inspection and safety functions.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Retail Management / Retail Real Estate / Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years Mall Management experience (Real Estate Operations Manager level or above), preferably in the GCC region including mall development, mall launching and mall renovation. It will be advantageous if you have mixed use development experience and knowledge of managing leasing contracts, negotiation and have exposure to tender management, preferably for luxury sectors.
