JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Market Analyst at The Commercial Office of The Embassy of Spain to Qatar
The market analyst faces these responsibilities among others:
- Market research of Qatar and exploring export opportunities of Spanish products to Qatar.
- Information support for Spanish firms and local companies with interest in Spanish products.
- Implementation and follow up of activities and promotion plans for the export and internationalization of the Spanish firms to Qatar.
- Preparation of economic and commercial reports.
- Elaboration of sectorial notes and manufacturing studies, also in the fields of industrial and financial sector.
- Support to the institutional relations of the Embassy of Spain.
- Collaboration in background notes to the Ministry to which the Commercial Office depends on.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as Market Analyst, trade advisor or any similar position in a Commercial Office will be valued.
- Documents proving it will be required.
- Also positions in international trade departments in private companies will be taken into consideration.
- Regarding education, skill in international trade, academic titles and other degrees or accreditation in commerce will be assessed positively.
