An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Business Development Executive in our Doha office.

The position reports to the Senior BD & Marketing Manager in Dubai and has specific duties that will vary considerably according to specific needs of the office and/or department. These include but are not limited to:

- Plan, develop and co-ordinate a comprehensive and diversified marketing program to include development and implementation of various marketing and promotional ideas and activities through effective use of appropriate media, whilst adhering to marketing budget
- Coordinating and producing directory submissions and supporting the Business Development function on delivering a range of regional Business Development projects aimed at increasing the Firms revenue and growth in line with the objectives set during the planning process
- Administer Marketing operations budget; regularly monitor the status of marketing activities
- Plan, organise and supervise the implementation of public and client relations activities such as special events and client satisfaction surveys
- Liaise closely with the Partners regarding Firm’s business development activities, which may include assisting Lawyers in strategic planning for client presentation, offering coaching for prospective client meetings, presentations etc.
- Assist with and support the office’s involvement in various legal networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships
- Ensure effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets
- Evaluate market reactions to advertising programmes and recommend relevant changes to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities

The candidate will be based in our Doha office but will be responsible for BD & Marketing for our Qatar & Egypt offices.
