JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Promotes, develops, and maintains consistent reputable corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
- Conducts and manages market research and competitive analysis, and prepares reports as needed.
- Must have the traditional marketing experience along with the current social media expertise; including, but not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, etc. and the ability to continually update a company website.
- Develops a strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of company.
- Plans and coordinates the marketing of current and new tenant marketing campaigns.
- Develops and coordinates production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, direct mail, and signage. Develops/implements plans, programs and promotional strategies to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.
- Performs other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have minimum 2 years experience in sales preferably in property and real estate industry.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a pleasant personality, positive attitude and demonstrates enthusiasm.
- Must be organized and have the ability to handle pressure.
- Creative, flexible and an innovative team player.
