JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan
• Implement strategic plan with assistance of senior executives
• Evaluate social media marketing such as blogs, RSS, video, webcasts, exhibitions and promotional events etc.
• Be accountable for measuring and reporting sales reports
• Enhance customer relationship management processes and technologies
• Perform market segmentation, targeting & positioning for each product line
• Execute integrated online/offline search engine marketing, advertising, public relations, tradeshows and other campaigns to generate demand & sales leads
• Conduct research & evaluation of vendor solutions and manage relationships
• Work directly with International sales and channel partners to support their effort
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
REQUIREMENTS
• Educational Qualification: B.E. / MBA
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
