Employment: Full Time

Principal Accountabilities:
- Requisitions, receives, stores and issues parts for repair and maintenance of Military and Commercial vehicle assets in accordance with Amentum and USAF procedures.
- On receipt of parts, checks that correct parts have been received and quantity is correct. Assigns a bin location for parts and annotates location on parts listing.
- Ensures that requested parts are expeditiously placed on order and document control numbers are affixed to requisition forms.
- Operates light weight forklifts.
- Carries out semi-annual inventories on all parts, OVE and performs monthly inventories of bench stock/working stock.
- Able to understand, collate and upload contents to the contract Data Management System (DMS) requiring reference to various sources.
- May be required to obtain and retain access to other USG systems in performance of assigned duties (may include DPAS Warehouse Module or other future systems as introduced).
- Checks the accuracy of documents and compares parts requests to entries on the parts ordered/issued on work order.
- Annotates vehicle parts record with document numbers after processing has been completed by SBSS.
- Carries out follow ups on parts status in conjunction with the Maintenance Controller.
- Ensures that the work area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness at all times.
- Performs TDY in the area of operation as required by any USAF/Amentum taskings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at an intermediate level.
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
- Profiency with Adobe Acrobat required.
- Must have the ability to exercise initiative, judgement and know-how in the performance of, sometimes, complex/confidential clerical duties.
- Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
- Will be required to operate material handling equipment.

Experience & Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have three year experience working in Supply or a related field.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
- Works in maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
- May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.
- Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
- Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs. and performing extensive work handling/lifting equipment.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
