Job Description

Title:
Mechanical Technician CTEC07 - Maintenance Technician

These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting activities in the continuous operation plants.
• Installation, removal, and fixing back of pumps and blowers; maintenance of all types of valves, vessels, columns, exchangers, pipes, and other static equipment.
• Carry out maintenance activity independently as necessary. Handling different types of tools used for maintenance activities and work in high elevation with adequate safety protective equipment.
• Rotating equipment maintenance activities.
• Check work quality and take corrective action to rectify detected faults through work examination methods and standards.
• Thorough understanding of the isometrics, mechanical drawings, and datasheets.
• Cleaning, preserving, and maintaining the removed parts of the equipment.
• Good HSEQ record in past working experience.
• Read, understand, and execute the jobs as per standard operating procedure/work instruction.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in respective trade (12+3 years).
• Five years relevant and hands-on experience in respective trade, in oil & gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer industry and competency.
