JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Supports United States Forces Global (USFOR-G)
Providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. USFOR-G provides global intelligence analytical reach-back in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives, missions, and crisis response as well as US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) remote, CONUS-based, analytical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor various systems for all new HUMINT data collection requirements, validate, and ensure proper dissemination within the appropriate MACOM/COCOM.
- Interface with MACOMs/COCOMs, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and external and internal USFOR-G HUMINT Requirements Managers to answer HUMINT related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on theater HUMINT requirements and reporting.
- Develop training tools, as required, on all aspects of HUMINT Collection Management mission accomplishment.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience - At least four years Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies supporting HUMINT.
- Clearance - TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, or willing to take one.
- Special skills or qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of DoD and Service HUMINT collection techniques, capabilities, and applications.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office - Experience using intelligence related automation Coliseum, CRATE, HOT-R, TAC, Analyst Notebook/Palantir, etc.
- Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.).
- Strong writing and briefing skills.
- Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team.
Highly Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Education - Associates or Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent military experience.
- Background in DoD or HUMINT collection platform capabilities, collection planning, synchronization, execution, and assessment.
- Knowledge of classified HUMINT operational communication and dissemination architectures.
- Previous joint military experience.
- OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience.
Clearance Required:
TS/SCI and willing to take CI Poly.
Minimum Education:
High School or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Experience:
4 years.
