JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is working in partnership with a well respected European construction company who are searching for a talented office secretary to join in their new offices in doha.
Responsibilities:
- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications
- Collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- Telephone service.
- Preparing hard and soft copy tender files and project files templates.
- Assisting contracts manager by preparing tenders.
- Serving of guest with drinks etc./ Maintaining of office kitchen.
- Maintaining and order of office equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous secretarial experience
- Must be able to work 6 days per week
- Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Must have good knowledge of computer application (Emails, Word Processing)
