JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client a large facilities management company is urgently looking for an Operation Manager. For this role, you will be responsible for handling the operation department from all perspectives, such as:
- Managing a team of Project Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Technicians.
- Ensuring all deliverables and clients’ contractual obligations are met while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Working on financial analysis and annual budgeting.
- Meet with clients to build a stronger relationship and work towards renewal of contracts in coordination with the Business Development Department
- Ensure on full coordination between OPS and all the company’s departments including the purchasing, financial, IT, Quality, Health and Safety, Contract Administration (subcontractors’ agreements), and Human Resources.
- Follow through on day to day operation activities such as dispatching, maintenance reports, problem-solving etc
- Masters the Rockefeller Habits: Growth accelerator system.
- Coordinates and manages subordinates, facilitates interdepartmental communication and allocates tasks and resources as required
- Gathers and links information, resolves discrepancies and makes strategic recommendations
- Has a strong knowledge of the Profit and Loss Statement and makes decisions based on sound financial judgment
- Exhibits leadership, management and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement
- Communicates corporate objectives through regular team meetings
- Maintains a healthy and safe working environment
- Prioritizes and manages tasks simultaneously
- Makes effective presentations on general topics to internal/external audience
- Provides meaningful reporting to senior management in a timely and effective manner

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have a transferrable visa or dual nationality
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Facilities Management Operations
- Must have a University Degree in Engineering
- Preference will be given to candidates with Qatar market experience
- Must have a background in Facility Management and General Operations
- Must have experience in managing a team
- Arab Nationals
