JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Taking the lead in one of our clients main divisions, this person will be responsible for managing the operational effectiveness, timely delivery and costs of a number of key major buildings.
- Ranging from Mixed Use, Residential, High Rise to Hospitality, our client requires someone with a similar background of project delivery in Qatar.
- Reporting directly to the COO you will have managed multiple projects simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree educated in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 20 years of postgraduate experience
- Major Buildings projects experience
- Must have operated as an Operations Manager
- Candidates from Main Contractors will be considered
- Must be located in Qatar
