JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Fusion Consultant you will be responsible for designing, developing, supervising and implementing Oracle Transportation Management plans, solutions and strategies required to upgrade the ERP cloud across required organizational models and business units whilst acting as the key subject matter expert for OTM and Oracle SCM.

Description

* Design, implement, lead and deliver a diverse range of transformation projects covering supply chain, transport and logistics
* Develop functional documentation to support interface design and development strategies for the integration of data to and from other legacy systems/modules
* Responsible for the conversion of data to the required formats for Oracle Transportation Management
* Assists in process flow design and business scenario creation as per organisational requirements
* Advise clients, partners and stakeholders on key aspects of Oracle Transportation Management implementation
* Configuration of the system based on business process flows
* Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
* Oversee the setting of project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards
* Work with team members to define business requirements and plan the activities for specific projects and work streams within projects
* Advice clients on various matters and design solutions that can help transform client's functions.
* Lead knowledge building and sharing, using knowledge management methodologies, techniques and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong experience in OTM Fusion implementation across different projects
* Must have a good functional understanding of transportation and logistics
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Project Management Qualifications such as Prince2, PMP ETC
* Consultancy background in a client facing role
* Preferred background in logistics, maritime services or transport
