Pastry Chef

What you will be doing:
- You will assist in delivering high-quality bakery and pastry products to all food and beverage outlets and banquets.
- To set in close conjunction with the Executive Chef annual operating targets, which will form part of the hotel's yearly business plan.
- Ensures that all bakery pastry preparation and presentation and kitchen sanitation practices meet the hotel standards and local legislation.
REQUIREMENTS
Your experience and skills include:
- Must have previous working experience as a Pastry Chef for a minimum of 2 years.
- Certificate in culinary arts or similar field.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of sanitation principles and great attention to detail and creativity.
