JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My Client, a leading facilities management company, are seeking Personal Assistant.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for diary management, preparing complex travel itineraries, taking minutes, preparing presentations, office management and events organisation.

REQUIREMENTS

To be suitable for position, candidates must possess:

- Strong PA experience
- Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary
- Strong multi tasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Accurate reporting skills
