JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Currently recruiting for a Head of Planning to work for a leading contractor based in Qatar. Preference will be given to candidates with Commercial Build experience in the GCC.
• Associate with planning managers /planners for creation of contract program for execution of project.
• Reviewing the site progress and report structures for submission to client
• Guide the planners to create the resource loaded program, progress S curves based on approved baseline program
• Interface/pivotal between client /consultant, contractors for successful execution of project
• Associate and assist the project engineering managers for setting the project engineering priorities
• Monitoring the engineering submittals to meet the project schedules
• Monitoring the project execution plan and the methodology originally planned versus actuals
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 15 years experience in the Middle East on Commercial/High Rise projects.
• Degree qualification is essential
• Good communication verbal & written
• Good Leadership skills
