JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Prepare Matrix to show split of work into zones / areas and disciplines to define responsibilities.
• Reviewing WBS and OBS to prepare their mapping
• Prepare schedules to purchase Bulk materials, Consumables, machines and Plants as per requirement(s).
• Controlling and reporting of Project and Level III plan, anticipate bottlenecks and highlight these to Site Manager.
• Ensure that Field Engineers effectively performing their functions of estimating BOM (Bill of Material) and BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
• Preparation of fabrication, installation drawings and providing clarification wherever required.
• Understand the projects chart of accounts and its mapping on to the company's cost center and closely coordinate with Financial Controller in developing cost reports comparing cost vs. revenue on a cost center basis

REQUIREMENTS
University qualifications : BSc in Mechanical Engineering
Specialist knowledge : Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Costing
Other Skills : Project Execution Understanding, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Decision Making Skills, Primavera expert level
Gender Preference : Male
Language Skills : English, Hindi, Urdu
