REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have 8 - 15 years’ experience in managing the purchase of construction materials and equipment for construction projects. You will go out and collect prices of building materials for the use of the Quantity Surveyors and manage the procurement function for directly sourced project materials. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of construction procedure and process, construction/building materials and equipment. You must be capable of actively engaging with local construction material suppliers and pulling together data from various sources for the use of the design team. Speaking Arabic will be advantageous.
