We are working with a client to source a Project & Logistics Coordinator. This is a contract role working on a residential basis. Please see details below.

Start date: ASAP
Location: Qatar site
Working schedule: 8 hours per day / 5 days a week or as per project requirement

Experience required

Key job accountabilities

• Ensure that emails/faxes from principals/clients are replied to/acknowledged in the shortest time possible.
• Ensure all day-to-day logistics, marine, shipping operations are arranged and followed up (shipment clearances, shipment deliveries, shipment storages) with the client, contractors, authorities, and service providers.
• Ensure project transport and other operational requirements are planned well for smooth operations.
• Liaise closely with inter-departments for the related support services.
• Ensure all expense related documents are received by the respective service providers and posted for finalization of DA.
• Ensure that the SAP/Fiori is updated with services provided against each DA.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply or any relevant field. Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage.

Experience required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, marine, shipping operations and related services.
• SAP or ERP system (GEM ARK – currently used).
• Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
