JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Client is a member of a large group of Dubai based companies, working as the Main Contracting arm of a multi-faceted of the parent company . It has been engaged in the Construction Industry in the United Arab Emirates since the early 80's with their main office in Dubai UAE
Since its inception, the Company has been working in the field of building construction successfully completing over 200 projects in the Residential/Commercial Buildings, Luxury Villas, High Rise Buildings, Shopping Malls, Warehouses, Schools and Hotels.
Due to the award of 2 new contracts we are now actively seeking to employ a senior project director to head up this new entity.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Project Director will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the entire project, including site staff management, commercial management and client and contractor liaison.
REQUIREMENTS
You will require a degree in Civil Engineering or project Management and a strong background , working for the main contractor in the Middle East.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of 10 years' experience at a similar level working on large mixed use, civil Engineering projects.
