JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Senior leadership FM role and have the background in both the technical aspects of FM as well as Soft Services on large scale projects.
- Focus on the customers and their stakeholders and deliver an exceptional service
- Meet performance and financial targets through leadership guidance
- Overseeing services delivered and provide solutions to financial and technical matters
REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering degree
- 10+ years overall experience, Minimum last 3 years in a senior level role
- FM service provider and Middle East experience is a must
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a team.
