We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Director (Civil) to join our Infrastructure (Roads and Highways) Main Contractor in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision, and completion of all civil engineering projects. The Project Director will ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met and completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all safety standards are met and that all safety regulations are followed.
• Develop and execute project timelines and budgets.
• Lead, manage, and develop project teams to ensure that all team members are working towards the same goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the duration of the project.
• Monitor and control project resources and costs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all project materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all quality standards and requirements are met.
• Manage change orders and document all project changes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues that arise throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements:

Salary:
QAR 45,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
