REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

The right candidate should have experience in the following areas:

• Preparation of detailed BOQ
• Sourcing Design materials
• Negotiation and finalization of sub-contracting works
• Coordinating between clients, consultants, contractors,
Suppliers and design team
• Supervising Turn-key projects which include Joinery, civil
And MEP works
• Ensuring that all material selection meets all appropriate
Codes and BOQ requirements
• Handover super quality finishing
• Regular visits to site to ensure the meeting of the deadline
