JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Project Manager - Main Contractor - Qatar
Guildhall are looking for a Project Manager in Qatar to work for a rapidly growing contractor on a newly awarded governmental project.
The main duties will consist of:
- Undertaking the day to day delivery of projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations;
- Managing design teams;
- Creating a project documentation, programs, master budget and maintain a robust document management system;
- Producing reports to suit relevant stages of the projects;
- Monitor and report contractors progress against the contract programme;
- Contract review and claims resolution
Candidates must be able to start by Mid January 2015 at the very latest.
REQUIREMENTS
- BA in Civil
- Hi-rise, residential, and hospitality construction experience
- Experience with top tier Contractors
- Arabic speaker
