JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Should be able to manage end to end Bids/Proposals/Tenders
- Should be well-versed in writing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, bids, costing and contracts
- Leads bid evaluation process
- Preparation of comprehensive RFPs for sub-consultants in coordination with technical team
- Should have experience of working in reputed projects of Pre & Post contracts
- Should have experience of preparing proposals for projects like: High rise building, Tower, Residential, Commercial, Retail and mixed used projects.
- Should be expert in preparing Proposal presentations & Executive summaries
- Identify Prospects for potential new clients
- Research and build relationships with new clients

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have worked in reputed consulting firms in the GCC
- Ideally have 10 to 15 years of experience with 3 to 5 years GCC experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Any nationality
