JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
• To support onsite QA/QC activities for assigned project / operational location;
• Support the implementation of Quality elements of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Undertake / participate in inspection and testing activities to provide verification, and record that site activities have been completed to applicable requirements;
• To assist with identification and documentation of Project Quality Non-Conformances, ensuring corrections and corrective measures are proposed and implemented within prescribed periods.
• Support the implementation of Quality elements of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• To support onsite QA/QC activities as defined in the Quality Management Plan (QMP);
• To support the maintenance of necessary QA/QC documentation as required;
• Support verification that project / operational location activities have been completed to applicable standards.
• To undertake field inspections to verify Quality conformance of project activities as required
• Assist with preparation of inspection and testing documentation with applicable supporting evidence, and provide for review, approval, and distribution.
• Support continuous improvement opportunity activities, including those related to the QMS;
• Assist with maintenance of contemporary Quality records (eg, ITPs, and Material Approvals, Inspection, Calibration) and ensure they are available;
• To assist with identification and, documentation of Quality Non-Conformances, ensuring corrections and corrective measures are proposed and implemented within prescribed periods;
• Report on quality related matters to QA/QC Manager;
• Any other duties as may be required by the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Engineering or Similar• Internal Auditor QMS 9001:2015 is an advantage
• 7+ years of experience as a QA/QC professional following the Quality Management System, preferably in Operation & Maintenance of industrial facilities/plants, with at least 3 years in a similar role covering the O&M of STP/PTP/PS/Networks (water business).
• At least 5 years of recent regional experience as a QA/QC professional or Inspector
