JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Demonstrates and proven experience in respect of relevant international Standards for Quality Assurance / Quality Control procedure.
Participate in all aspects of the project life cycle, from setting out, Designs, Construction, Testing and Commissioning stage, with emphasis on data analysis, system testing, regression testing, and auditable documentation of results.
Performs quality activities on an assigned project to ensure that products or services provided are in accordance with the quality requirements. Regularly interacts with representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, design/engineering, purchasing, construction, and other personnel.
Reviews documents, witnesses the performance of audited activities, prepares checklists and agendas for audit, performs audits and assessments of performance, conducts pre-and post-audit meetings / interviews, and prepares final audit reports in a timely manner.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University, along with internal auditor qualifications. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in establishing and overseeing the implementation of a QMS related to construction of highways and/or civil engineering structure.
Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
