JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

- BSc or equivalent degree in Quantity Surveying and preferably be qualified and chartered QS by a recognized international body such as Chartered Institute of Buildings (CIOB) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or as approved by the Engineer.
- 10 years of demonstrable experience in dealing with major highway or drainage infrastructure projects including construction as applicable to the nature of the works.
- Experience of Contracts, claims/arbitration and dispute resolution procedures
