JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Coordinate site to ensure timely and accurate management of quantity surveying work for assigned client project
• Coordinate with various project parties to ensure accurate project related estimations.
• Manage client interactions for all QS jobs on projects.
• Ensure timely QS reporting and QS documents archiving
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and apply the same for continuous improvements at QPM
REQUIREMENTS
Functional:
• Quantity surveying, field supervision & purchasing
• Assessing design risk
• Assessing life cycle costs
• Project cost estimating
• Cost management and control techniques and tools (value engineering)
• Construction project management methodologies
• Claims prevention and defence
• Contract formulation, administration and defense

• Holding Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Must have Hospitality Experience
• 15-18 years experience
