JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimating Director for a Global Consultancy on a major infrastructure project in the region. The role will involve you providing pre and post contract quantity surveying services for major clients and commercial staff working on a bridge/submerged tunnel project.
REQUIREMENTS
•Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
•Minimum of 20 years experience, 10 of which should be experience working on Bridges and Tunnels related projects
•Chartered (RICS, CIOB, MICES, SCS) or equivalent.
•Must have strong contractual and claims knowledge.
•Previous experience of bridge/tunnel related projects is essential.
•Knowledge of projects in Highways, Metro, Rail, Bridges and Tunnels would also be beneficial.
