JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Take lead in all tasks assigned by the Rail Systems Director.
• Provide leadership in the resolution of all design and technical issues relating to the railway.
• Assist and produce technical documents related to Rail Systems (design, tender documents, technical memo, Tender Evaluation, etc).
• Prepare presentations for Senior and Executive Management on all technical related matters.
• Provide regular report updates on progress of resolution of all outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with multiple discipline leads for technical matters.

Requirements:

• Strong track record of managing large rail, projects with a systems background and coordinating with multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
• At least 15 to 20 years of related project experience including involvement in design and installation through to testing and commissioning of major conventional / high speed railway projects.
• GCC experience.
• Ability to communicate and report to senior management and effectively liaise with other stakeholders including, contractors, suppliers, engineers and regulatory authorities, in the introduction of new technologies.
• Ability to multitask and effectively problem-solve under high pressure.
