JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• To provide clerical and administrative functions.
• Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
• To maintain the call register.
• Direct the public to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and place orders.
• To provide clerical and administrative support to ensure that services are provided effectively.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
• Book meeting rooms as required.
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages).
• Perform other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience
• Should have excellent communication skills verbal as well as written.
• Pleasing personality.
• Should have good organizing skills
