JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Morgan McKinley is currently an Experience Receptionist who is ready to take the next stepping stone within a Customer Service position.
This position will be to provide the best support to colleagues in the Sales Department and to Clients on a daily bases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and emails from clients
- All adhoc duties
- Process approval for marketing signage’s license
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding office related works, similarly with suppliers of administration jobs
- Update clients prices in SAP system
- Reply to incoming calls/ emails/ inquires for products and prices
- Preparing Customer invoices for submission
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience within a Reception, Administration or Customer
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Service support role
- Proficiency in Excel Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge in SAP system
