JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
General Duties:
• Source and recruit Oil & Gas personnel to fill manpower requirements
• Develop and maintain a database of candidates
• Interview and pre-screen suitable candidates prior to submission to client
• Verify qualifications and experience to meet client job description
• Arrange interviews with stakeholders/client
• Prepare and send out job offers and contracts
• Initiate mobilization
• Track recruitment, visas, and mobilization plans
• Assist the operations team with mobilization logistics and tracking
REQUIREMENTS
The Recruiter needs to have:
• Previous experience of working in Oil & Gas technical recruitment
• General knowledge of Oil & Gas roles and responsibilities for Operations & Maintenance positions
• Previous experience of finding, selecting, and placing candidates in technical roles
• Knowledge of Qatar immigration rules & processes
• Previous HR experience is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and attentive to detail
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Calm under pressure
• Flexible in the duties and scope required
