Main responsibilities :
• HR/Recruitment administration
• Diary Management
• Travel coordination, booking confirmation
• Meeting room management

Reporting to : Recruitment Manager
Other interactions : All departments
Number required : 1
Duration : Permanent
Desired start date : August 5
Probation : 3 months
Working hours : 8 to 4pm

REQUIREMENTS

University qualifications : Diploma or BSc
Previous experience : Min 2 years

Specialist knowledge:
- Administration
- Recruitment
Other Skills : - Strong communication skills
- Excellent command of English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills

Gender Preference : Female
Language Skills : English
Current Residence : Qatar
