JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills and experience in leading recruitment for senior and executive-level positions, developing and maintaining proactive sourcing strategies, and analyzing recruitment metrics. Candidates coming from an agency background will be preferred.
Details:
• Executive Hiring Support: Lead recruitment efforts for senior and executive-level positions, ensuring discretion and alignment with strategic goals.
• Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including networking, job fairs, social media, campus recruiting, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
• Candidate Experience Management: Oversee the entire candidate journey from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive, efficient, and professional hiring process.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and marketing to enhance the employer brand, using social media, online platforms, and company events to attract top talent.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and optimize strategies.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure compliance.
• Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies tailored to meet the organization’s needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to align on position requirements and candidate profiles.
• Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget, optimizing costs while maintaining high recruitment standards.
Requirements:
To be considered for this new opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.
• Proven track record in leading recruitment initiatives, meeting hiring goals, and improving recruitment processes and metrics.
• Strong people management and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement forward-thinking recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms. Experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies in response to changing business needs.
