JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical exams, and providing health education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in the implementation of nursing care plans and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports.
- Educate patients and their families about various health conditions and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the healthcare team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Valid nursing license in Qatar.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing the highest level of patient care and safety.
