JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
In this role you will act as the face of the organisation as you deal with their clients and assignees. This is achieved by being professional, organised and confident when conducting designated duties.
On a regular basis, you will be required to attend staff meetings, share information and provide updates such as real estate details, service providers, schooling and visa details.
We are looking for skills in customer service and / or administration. A positive customer service attitude demonstrated in previous customer service focused roles is essential. Excellent communication skills in English are also paramount but moreover a team spirit, the ability to multitask and deal with highly emotional, sensitive people and understand their stresses, concerns and demands of their personal situation in terms of relocating to a new city is forefront.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Microsoft office is of course essential, and a cross-cultural understanding is expected. Applicants must have at least two years’ work experience within the region and know Doha well. We are seeking outgoing and social individuals who enjoy meeting new people and helping them settle in.
It is essential for this role that candidates must be on spouse visa, have a valid Qatari driving licence and use of a car.
