JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Company

Our client is a global asset consulting firm with offices across the Middle East, Europe and Asia.This role will be based in their Qatar office, however will have a regional remit.

The Role

The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and manage the resourcing process in the Middle East region. You will be providing professional support and advice on all resourcing and recruitment related activities, advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection, share ideas and ensure consistency and a best in class experience to candidate and client through a value added service which supports regional HR strategy.

- Build established, maintained and strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs.
- Assist with the development of manpower plans.
- Understand pipeline of work, start dates, duration of work, skills needed and keep them abreast of current levels of availability.
- Work with the R&R Lead and HR Managers in other Regions to assess availability of internal resource and liaise with them to ensure that transfers and assignments are tracked and followed through to successful deployment.
- Work with the business to ensure that all client work is resourced effectively.
- Build networks with employees (internal staff referral scheme), social media and recruitment agencies to increase sourcing for CV’s.
- Develop creative attraction strategies, on where and how to advertise roles to attract quality candidates

REQUIREMENTS

The Person

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and have successfully worked in a resourcing role and have managed all aspects of the recruitment cycle. Knowledge of job boards, social media and a strong commercial understanding is essential. You must be tenacious, assertive, and manage projects through to conclusion.
