As an Outlet Manager - Spanish Restaurant you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations during lunch and dinner services. Supervise the opening and closing procedures. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely and high-quality service. Manage, train, and schedule waitstaff, hosts, and supervisors. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or disciplinary actions when needed. Foster a team-oriented and guest-focused environment. Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly. Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality. Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor outlet profitability. Conduct daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting. Oversee ordering, inventory, and stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Maintain brand and service standards as per company policies. Conduct regular inspections of the outlet. Collaborate with marketing for promotions, seasonal menus, and events. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements. Drive upselling and loyalty program initiatives. Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office for seamless service. Attend operations meetings and contribute to cross-department planning.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Relevant degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
- International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
- Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent English

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively.
