JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Assist in facilitating routine administrative tasks as per directives.
- Duties include: answering telephone calls, invoicing, taking notes, typing letters, generating reports and following their distribution to the related individuals.
- Keep an appropriate updated filing system record of in/out mail, document correspondence.
- Receive and distribute the outgoing and incoming mail, documents and correspondence, to the relevant parties
- Maintain security of the departments confidential information.
- Answer the telephone in a friendly, polite and helpful manner.
- Prepare commercial offers in Arabic
- Consolidate interdepartmental weekly & monthly reports
REQUIREMENTS
Female candidates who are fluent in English and Arabic.
Candidates should have prior experience as administrator or secretary
Well organized, having very good attention to details and able to work under pressure.
