Job description / Role
- Assist in daily sales and shop operations in an effective manner to ensure profitability of the outlet as per the Sales plan and perform administrative related activities as per set standards and given instructions.
- Will be responsible for interacting with customers & handling counter sales.
- Responsible for proper & attractive display of jewelry.
- Give knowledge & correct guidance to customers while they are making their purchase.
- Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.
- Responsible for all point of sales activities which includes - Sales Transaction,
- Tracking Customer Orders. Providing After Sales service to the customers. Maintaining Inventory & Collection of Customer Data.
- Responsible for the achievement of the target assigned.
- Responsible for extending sale and influencing the customer to purchase more
- Briefing the customer about, value added services offered by the store.
- Visual Merchandising & Display
- Display of Jewelry within the counters in the specified format and its maintenance
- Good communication skills and pleasing personality a pre-requisite for this role.


- Minimum of 2 years experience in jewelry stores
- Good technical knowledge in jewelry (gold 22K and Diamonds)
